Full-Time Onsite Recruitment Specialist with French language knowledge (Budapest)
Job Description
Onsite Recruitment Specialist with French language knowledge position is open at our client which is a prestigious multinational production company. We are currently seeking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their growing HR Support Centre, providing recruitment support in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
– Support the business with all the recruitment related tasks in the EMEA region and participate in end-to-end recruitment projects
- Identify recruitment related issues and propose solution
– Support in choice of resourcing media methodology (i.e: recruitment channels) and test tools, defining the recruitment time plan
– Create job advertisements, pre-screen applicants
- Conduct phone interviews, assess candidates and organize interviews for line managers in Italy, Spain, Balkans, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia
-Perform the communication with rejected candidates
– Contribute to an overall successful delivery of HR services to customers as a part of HR services Centre team
– Assist in administration of resourcing activities, including the on-boarding and off-boarding process
– Conduct exit interviews and administration
Requirements:
– University degree, preferably in HR or Economics
– 2-3 years of Recruitment experience (agency or corporate side)
– Excellent knowledge of the recruitment process
– Excellent communication and good analytical skills, as well as strong customer service focus
- Fluent knowledge of English and French langauge skill
– Ability to understand specifics of the business and thereby the requirements on a candidate
– SAP and Taleo system knowledge is a great advantage
