Full-Time Operation Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Report to the Director of Europe Supply Center Department;
- Set up and optimize the cooperation business pattern and Manufacture system for Europe Supply Center;
- In charge of manufacture cost control, and enhance manufacture quality and service to meet customer’s expectations,
- Ensure IT infrastructure and organization are in optimum operating conditions, buildup an efficient and comity team.
- Participate in authenticate,evaluate and manage the EMS, maintain good cooperation relationship with the EMS.
Working Place:
In Hungary, base on Huawei PCBA supplier’s located city
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in relevant disciplines.
- At least 7 years experience in manufacture or supply chain in Europe, and more than 3 years experience in management.
- Familiar with manufacture knowledge and EMS management in Europe.
- Strong leadership in team building, communicating and problem solving, can work under great pressure.
- Fluency in English and Hungary.
