Job Description
For one of our clients (multinational company- construction area) we are looking for an Operational Manager based in Budapest.
Job Objectives:
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way ,
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices,
Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant,
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements ,
Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.
Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency. Operate the relevant module of the company’s ERP system.
Plan the use of human resources. Establish organizational structures. Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate performance.
Professional profile:
College degree in business administration, commerce, management, industrial technology or industrial engineering. Certain schools offer bachelor’s and master’s degrees in operations management or related field ,
Experience as Operatinal Manager or Production and Customer Care.
