Position Description
The Information Security Oversight Office is seeking a strong Identity Theft Fraud Specialist/Project Analyst for 6 months to our Budapest Office.

The analyst will play a role in the implementation of the Firm’s Identity Theft Prevention Program (“the Program”), focused on safeguarding clients against identity theft.  A core objective of the Program is to detect, prevent and mitigate the risk of identity theft for our clients through the use of ‘red flags’.

The Program is a Firmwide initiative, led by Information Risk Oversight, with Legal, Compliance and Risk Management oversight.  Key drivers of the program include various U.S. regulatory requirements and the adherence to the Firms’ high standards in protecting clients from financial harm.

Program Implementation requires significant organizational and functional coordination with Business Units, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations, IT, Corporate Security, AML and Litigation.

 Play a key role in establishing processes around the management of the Program, including the creation of procedural guides and documents.
 Support the creation and maintenance of Program materials relating to:
– Incident collection, analysis and reporting,
– Integration of covered accounts,
– Steering committee materials,
– Annual report,
– Program policies and procedures,
– Training and communications materials,
– Topical research of identity theft issues and methods of fraud, prevalent in the industry.


 3+ years of experience working within an Anti-money Laundering, Compliance, Operational Risk or Fraud group for a medium to large size financial institution. Prior experience working on identity theft or privacy issues is desirable, but not required,
 Previous experience building or maintaining Programs with responsibility for training and communications, incident collection, analysis and reporting, review of policies and procedures, etc.
 Strong project management skills with experience working on large global or multi-divisional or cross-functional projects,
 Strong technical skills with Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Visio,
 Strong understanding of operational risk management concepts,
 Ability to perform detailed analyses and present findings with limited guidance,
 Ability to multi-task with attention to detail,
 Flexible and self-motivated.
