Full-Time Operations Buyer / Customer Assistance Center (Russian Speaker)
Job Description
The Customer Assistance Center Agent and Operations Buyer is responsible for providing support for procurement application and process and accounts payable help requests (questions and problems) and for order fulfillment transactions and full buyer purchase order placement.
Review requisition requirements, create purchase orders from them, Work efficiently with requester/client for additional information or any questions, Interface with clients and suppliers on payment issues in conjunction with tactical commodity manager. Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents. Work with commodity manager and team lead. Resolve blocked invoices.
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- English: Fluent
- Russian: Fluent
Preferred
- Associate’s Degree/College Diploma
