Job Description
Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Budapest, Hungary
Job Type: Part Time
Reporting to: Director of European Search
Overall Objective / Purpose
- An exciting opportunity to work with a leading organization within the Executive Search industry.
- You will provide the Director with a professional and confidential secretarial and administrative service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Type and create memorandums, letters and reports.
- Arrange meetings internally and externally, including venue arrangements, preparation and distribution of agendas, and meeting management for attendees.
- Deal with telephone enquiries in a professional manner, taking messages, fielding calls and referring calls where appropriate.
- Management of Directors schedule and responding to all meeting requests on their behalf.
- Open, prioritize and respond to non private and confidential post and emails.
- Support projects, providing administration support and following up actions where relevant.
- Ensure that personal standards of dress are maintained in order to reflect the high level of professionalism expected.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hungarian.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook (particularly diary and meeting management), Word, Excel and Power point are essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
