Polish speakers for helpdesk role
As part of the customer service team, you’ll be involved as the main remote support point between users and the company for all service needs to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:

- Answering customer problems by phone or instant messengers
- Providing technical support for incoming issues
- Cooperation with all technical departments of the company
- Walking customer through problem-solving process
Requirements:

- Experience in the field of technical customer service is welcome
- Fluent Polish speaker
- B1/B2 English
- Client oriented and interesting in IT topics
