Full-Time Polish speaking Customer Interface Account Specialist

We are seeking a candidate for our international partner company with an explosive growth in agricultural products.
Tasks:
  • Responsible for managing customers’ portfolios;
  • Providing proactive support to customers about Order to Cash (OTC) process;
  • In charge of validating the orders received from customers;
  • Actively communicating availability dates to the customers and commercial team;
  • Discussing with Commercial Team the priorities on deliveries for their customers;
  • Defining the priorities on deliveries to be passed to Operations team;
  • Providing solutions to service related complaints and initiating corrective actions in the event of a service failure;
  • Following up returns and transfers processes;
  • Ensuring continuous updates of customer master data and inform the relevant teams;
  • Providing a professional touch in handling customers through exceptional communication skills;
  • Interacting and managing internal communication with Commercial team, within Customer Service and Operations team and other support functions.

Requirements:

  • Bsc or Msc degree in Commerce or Economics or Logistics;
  • Fluent in English, Polish;
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in customer service/ order management/order processing/supply chain/logistics/;
  • Exceptional communication and strong problem-solving skills;
  • Self-starter, customer-oriented approach;
  • Good team player, energetic personality;
  • Experience and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).

Advantages:

  • Slovak OR Czech language knowledge.
