Job Description
Supporting our customers via phone, email, skype and regular online presentations. Register and post issues with bugs and feature requests coming from the sales team and clients. Maintain knowledge base documents. Work closely with product management team to provide customer feedback. Provide high quality assistance to various internal teams in addition to customers.
Desired Skills & Experience
Self starter, entrepreneurial and proactive personality. Independent, reliable and trustworthy, with a proven track record of performance. Excellent presentation, negotiation and closing skills, smart and open minded personality. Native English who is good in Hungarian speaking and writing.

Preferred: previous experience in the travel or/and IT industry.
