Full-Time Programme Coordinator / Marketing Lead

Combine two exciting roles: lead week-long language immersion programmes for top-managers or teenagers in high-quality resorts AND help us drive our marketing and PR efforts!
Due to the expansion of Angloville in Hungary, we are currently looking for a native Hungarian and proficient English-speaker Programme Coordinator / Marketing Lead to join our team.
About us:
Angloville is the largest provider of language immersion programmes in Central and Eastern Europe. Over the past five years we helped over 2,500 individuals improve their English communication skills at one of our week-long programmes. We currently operate in Hungary, Poland and Romania. We create an English speaking environment in our participants’ home country by bringing in native speakers from around the world. They spend a week with a select group of motivated local participants and help them overcome their speaking barriers through 1-on-1 or 2-on-1 trainings – more than 70 hours throughout the week.
About the position:
This role enables you to get involved in two very exciting areas of our growing business: leading programmes/activities and marketing/PR.
Coordination
As a coordinator you will lead our intensive language programmes in high standard resorts in various locations all over the country. You will be involved in 1-2 six-day programmes each month, taking care of our Hungarian and English-speaking participants, leading activities, preparing materials and schedules and making sure everyone is having a great time.
Marketing and PR
In your off-programme role you will focus on spearheading our marketing and PR activities. This will involve managing and developing our social media presence, customer communications, PR activities. You will also be involved in preparing and leading professional events organized by Angloville.
What we require of a successful candidate:
- Native in Hungarian, highly proficient English-speaker (active, confident knowledge of both written and spoken English is a MUST!)
- Great leadership skills: being able to lead and inspire our participants,
- Team player: you will be working alongside an English-speaking coordinator
- Highly outgoing attitude,
- High attention to detail,
- Great customer care – experience in a customer facing role is a plus,
- At least some experience in marketing and/or PR,
- Ability to write engaging content in Hungarian and English,
- Some background in teaching, training or working with groups is additional bonus
- Study or work experience abroad is a plus
- Experience with kids (e.g. teaching, camp counseling) is additional bonus

The position is based in Budapest, Hungary. Some travel to other European countries may be required (travel costs covered).
