Full-Time Project Assistant
Job Description
Our Client, large enterprise business, are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join their team in Budapest as a Project Assistant to support one of the major projects for the period of 2 -3 years with a possibility to extend the contract.
As a Project Assistant you will support a Project Manager in terms of preparing financial reports and general project administration.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking tasks as requested by the Project Manager to support delivery and implementation of different phases
- Preparing and presenting reports, including financial ones, defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Preparing agenda for meetings and preparing schedules, minutes taking
- Maintaining contacts with potential stakeholders
- Keeping records of all information related to the project
- Performing other admin tasks as required: travel/accommodation booking, filing, diary management
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience (1-2 years)
- Strong skills at Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactivity, enthusiasm and adaptability
- Ability to prioritise and manage their own workload
Please note this is a fixed term position for the period of 2-3 years with a possibility to be prolonged.
