Full-Time Project Coordinator at Shared Service Desk
Job Description
Our multinational client is a prestigious company with worldwide presence, for which we are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator at Shared Service Desk to their Budapest-based business service center.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinating Shared Service Desk related project phases and schedules, tracking their progress
– Planning project progress (define sub goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning) and success (assess risks and hazards to the success of the project and take appropriate measures for avoidance)
– Document project progress (project file, project log)
– Present and document interim results, cooperate with management, carry out reviews
– Hand over project results, draw up final project report
– Organize, attend coordinate meetings and assist with determination of project requirements, distribute minutes to all project team members
– Prepare project organization and communication charts, communication hand-outs
– Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to effected project team members
– Track & manage planned change notices and change orders in the database, organization chart and other materials
– Routinely take calls whenever required
What we require:
– Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
– Knowledge of German/ French/ Dutch/ Spanish language is a plus
– Have at least 1 year experience in a similar project
– High performance in current role
– Have an overall understanding on SD processes
– Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
– Sense of urgency, able to prioritize requirements (time management)
– Flexible and able to work independently
– Multitasking skills, can manage pressure and conflict situations
– Willingness to work to tight deadlines
– No pending disciplinary action
