PROJECT MANAGER – CB
Crowd Mobile is the world’s leading mobile entertainment group, specialising in mobile application development, premium SMS, international micro jobbers and mobile innovation. Our mission is to build the largest and most profitable micro-job platform that satisfies our international customers by answering 10 million questions annually by 2016.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
Responsibilities:
- Manage local country team of operators for our service
- Build up a new service strategy
- Manage both online social media and mobile campaigns, and working with the centralised marketing/optimization team
- Manage key 3rd party partnerships/agencies from implementation, day-to-day management, to partnership optimization
- Identify and leverage current and new leading edge mobile trends and technologies to deliver effective digital strategies
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Detail-oriented. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively manage relationships with diverse internal and external contacts
- A leader who’s a quick learner that can grasp the core needs of a situation and rapidly develop effective measurement solutions.
- Strong understanding of current online/digital/mobile technology plus a good feeling of marketing trends for a young target group
- Skills in entrepreneurship, mobile/web development, project
management, or business ownership are a huge plus.
- A tenacious work ethic and professional attitude
- Demonstrable leadership experience within a high pressured, fast paced environment
- Proven track record of successful project and people management
- 0-3 years in a similar or equivalent role
- Proficiency in English
