Full-Time PURCHASING PROJECT MANAGER (PEST COUNTY)
Job Description
Our partner, who is a multinational market leader company operating in automotive production and development fields is currently searching for an experienced Purchasing Project Manager in Pest County. The aim of the position is to coordinate the purchasing tasks and processes of different engineering and development projects.
Main responsibilities of the Purchasing Project Manager:
• Managing the engineering related purchasing projects, purchasing of different mechanical parts and tools for production
• Analysing technical drawings and documents
• Managing supplier base, responsibility for the selection of suppliers based on the given needs, targets and quality
• Supporting the production lines from purchasing side if technical changes occur, conducting validation processes
• Responsibility for quality fields regarding to the purchased parts and tools
• Keeping continuous contact with engineering, production and other departments of the company
Requirements:
• University/College degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Technical Manager degree are highly preferred)
• Strong technical affinity and skills
• At least 1-2 years experience in purchasing at a production company (automotive experience is an advantage)
• Fluent English and/or fluent German knowledge
• Experience in project management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to be precise and efficient in a team and individually as well
• Ambitious, dynamic personality
Experience gained in diecasting, industrial automation or plastics production is considered a big advantage.
