Receptionist – Personal Assistant

Role:

  • Receptionist duties (answering phone calls/emails/inquires)
  • Administrative support to the team
  • Post and administrative tasks
  • Assist visa requests
  • Arranging flights and travel accommodations
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Responsible for general office management
  • Personal assistant to General Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Native Hungarian
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills & telephone manner
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Fun loving and interested in connecting with people
  • Ability to handle logistical situations
  • Well-presented and understand the importance of customer service
  • Quick learning and flexible attitude
  • Reliable and dynamic personality
