-Source, recruit & interview candidates by providing consultancy services for clients & candidates,
-be a sourcing ninja in finding and hunting down the best talents throughout Europe,
-write assessments after the interviews,
-provide excellent service to your business partners by communicating with them regularly about the dream candidates you have chosen for them,
-to have the aim to be the best in your job by continuous learning and self-improvement.
elvárások / requirements
– Excellent knowledge in English AND another European language (as you’ll be in contact with foreign partners and candidates on a daily basis),
– at least 1 year international experience (scholarship, work experience, volunteer, gap year abroad etc.),
– continuous willingness to learn and improve new tricks and hack within sourcing,
– active social media user (LinkedIn, Xing, Twitter, etc).
Fresh graduates are also welcome!
