WHO ARE WE?
At the very beginning of 2013 Randstad Sourceright unveiled a new Shared Recruitment Center, located in Budapest, Hungary, to address the growing demand for its industry-leading recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solutions in the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region, as well as enrich services to existing clients across the region. The Center today employs multi-lingual Sourcing Recruiters and Recruiters that speak 25 different languages and are striving to identify and engage with usually hard-to-find top-quality candidates.
WHAT WE DO?
As sourcers, we search for, connect and engage with highly qualified candidates, while at the same time as recruiters we provide high level recruitment services to our partners all over the EMEA region. Sourcing is not only searching, but searching, finding and engaging with human individuals
WHO YOU ARE?
As we are continuously expanding, we are looking for new colleagues with the following skillset:
- You have Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and ideally 1-2 years of working experience in recruitment
- You think that sourcing is also part of a recruiter’s job
- You are a mature person who can take responsibility for your own work
- You are really interested in the recruitment industry and also aware of the changes in it and continuous adaptation needed
- You are eager to learn and become one of the best recruiters in the EMEA region
- You are social and enjoy not only talking, but also listening to your peers
- You are able to build strong relationships with your partners and candidates
- You speak fluent English and are keen to practice on a daily basis
- You are curious enough to discover new industries, markets and roles and you’re able to learn from your mistakes
- Ideally, you have already spent some long months or years living, learning or working abroad.
