Hays Hungary is currently rolling out the next stage of our growth plan. We are looking for a recruitment consultant.
The main responsibilities of Recruitment Consultant:
• Offering and representing our services for both clients and candidates
• Keeping in touch with clients and continuously generating potential ones
• Business development in order to generate more business opportunities
• Preparing and advertising job postings
• Pre-filtering incoming applications
• Phone-screening candidates
• Inviting potential candidates for a face-to-face interview
• Delivering interviews independently
• Presenting potential candidates for the given job opportunities
• Creating a healthy database of potential candidates for further recruitment opportunities
We are searching for candidates with a university/college degree and relevant experience, preferably in a sales driven environment. We expect applications with a native level of Hungarian and excellent level of English language skills, furthermore confident knowledge of MS Office applications. The ideal candidate is proactive and dynamic personality with a business-thinking attitude, eager to achieve excellence and outstanding results, in addition has strong team spirit and ability to handle pressure and multi-tasking as well.
