Full-Time Recruitment Sourcer
Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a strong German Language speaker to develop a career in Recruitment by joining our expanding team based in our Budapest office and play a vital role in the continued development of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice across Europe.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and publish job adverts through a variety of channels
- Sourcing candidates – use multiple attraction channels to identify candidates, including advanced internet mining techniques and database searching
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract desired passive candidates
- Screen and conduct initial screening of candidates
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent German Language skills both written and spoken
- Previous experience within a fast paced customer service or staffing / recruitment environment.
- An undersyanding or interest in the latest recruitment and sourcing trends/tools would be an advanctage
- Outstanding communication skills with passion for high customer service levels – able to build rapport and deliver strong customer and candidate satisfaction
- Self-starter, able to work independently when needed and to prioritise workload.
- Highly pro-active approach with high levels of drive
- Additional European language would be beneficial
