Full-Time Regional Product Manager
Job Description
Job Purpose
- Creation of regional SCSE product strategy with respect of each country/market` specifics
- Model selection for SCSE region
- Product planning
- Guideline to local Sales and BA/MarCom teams in terms of ranging and product placement
- Pricing guideline for each SCSE country
- Planning and forecasting consolidation for SCSE
- Close communication with Pan-European Product Marketing (PPM) teams (reporting, sales and ranging analysis)
- Market trend analysis
- QTY and NS BGT creation for each SCSE country
- A&P activities guideline and BGT control

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor in business or Economics
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Excel advance user, pivot table, macro programming knowledge
- Power Point advance user. Graphics and combination with other Microsoft office tools
- Basic understanding of business functioning

- Net sales achievement
- Market share achievement (where applicable)
- Marginal profit achievement
- Forecast accuracy
- Inventory control (weeks of supply).
