Job Description

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to contribute to Kaisen Electric growth. We focus on additional value to be created for the business through efficiency, economy and functionality of our LED Lighting solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Implement sales and marketing strategy for key customers, prepare sales campaigns and develop sales activities
  • Identify potential clients, set appointments, make effective sales calls and meetings, manage sales cycle, deliver face-to-face sales solutions
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs, acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements on constant basis
  • Maintain working relationships with existing and new clients to ensure new sales opportunities
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight and work closely with HQ team to improve product optimization
  • Create the overall go-to-market strategy (price, product positioning, promotion, and channel strategy) of the company
  • Follow up and analysis of the sell-through data

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales on B2B market

·           Startup / early stage experience, or at minimum can clearly demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on and adaptive environment

·           Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·           Excellent selling and negotiation skills

·           Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

·           Relationship management skills

·           Excellent organizational skills

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
