Job Description
CLIENT- a leading global CEM corporation, with $30+ billion global revenues, focused on delivering complete design, engineering and manufacturing services to automotive, computing, consumer digital, industrial, infrastructure, medical and mobile OEMs.
ROLE- Reporting to Corporate Property Management Director, responsible for multi-sites across Europe, India and Brazil to ensure facilities are maintained adequately to protect the integrity and value of our properties. To run energy programs to reduce energy spend.
Responsible for ensuring minimum standards of maintenance to on sites in various international locations.
Deployment of construction project management and energy management programs to reduce energy consumption.
1. Studies and qualifications:
– University degree in technical field (mechanical or electrical);
– Advanced English Skills (Written, Spoken, Reading);
– Qualification in energy domain.
2. Experience:
– Minimum 3 years experience in running facilities and energy programs in the manufacturing sector;
– Experience in construction projects is a must;
– Finance/budgetary experience is a plus.
3. Skills and competences:
– Very good collaboration and communication abilities, well organized, able to prioritize;
– High level of commitment, responsibility and decision-making capacity;
– A good team player able to obtain results in a dynamic environment with attention to details.
