Full-Time Regions Lead Financial Planner Analyst

The Regions Lead Financial Planner Analyst will be a senior member of the Global Operations Base Cost team, interacting with senior stakeholders and driving financial decision making support across 3 regions, 30+ countries.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with Regional Executives to drive sustainable growth in the sites of Global Operations and support execution of strategy;
- Drive net cost maximization by partnering with HQ Billing team and ensure cost liquidation of incoming new migrations;
- Support Alstom integration and migrations through Alstom/Global Ops FP&A and PMO teams with financial analysis to influence decisions and help delivering on targets;
- Lead the planning processes for annual plan and quarterly plans, provide timely and accurately closing;
- Drive cost out initiatives and standardized financial review rhythm;
- Leverage base cost team members to ensure accurate P&L and cost analysis;
- Serve as a finance advisor/subject matter expert, identify process improvement opportunities and support simplification projects/initiatives;
- Lead reviews with leadership and provide recommendations to support cost and project objectives.
Profile:
- Relevant financial / forecasting experience is a must;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Demonstrated strong analytical and forecasting skills;
- Accuracy and timeliness reporting to stakeholders;
- Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
