Full-Time Market Research Manager – Full Time/Remote (Central/Eastern Europe)
Job Description
DigitalMR is seeking an experienced Market Researcher to support and deliver exciting digital market research projects for well-known clients around the globe.
The ideal candidate will be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Psychology, Political Science, Sociology, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related disciplines, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered. A minimum of 5 years of industry or academic experience conducting market/marketing research, survey design/analysis, or professional writing is required – preferably applied market research experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Developing, managing and delivering long term market research projects for global brands
- Supporting bid initiatives and client engagement efforts
- Developing frameworks for problem solving; identifying and resolving key issues in complex client projects
- Creating client-ready deliverables on a variety of market research topics with minimal guidance and oversight
- Analyzing complex market research requests to provide actionable recommendations and key findings
- Collecting and analyzing research data from surveys and other primary sources
- Compiling online sources from relevant databases to support recommendations and insights
- Conducting in-depth interviews with but not limited to industry experts, partners, clients, or anyone relevant to our research
Qualifications, Experience, Skills:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage deadlines
- Strong background in the scoping and delivery of quantitative market research programmes
- Familiarity and ease with speaking about digital market research solutions and methods
- Proven track record of managing market research projects, from the time it is commissioned up to the delivery
- Creating proposals, attending client meetings/pitches
- Innovating new market research ideas/methodologies
- Evaluating and optimising existing communications optimisation portfolio in terms of processes and pricing
- Developing and communicating the DigitalMR point of view
- Required to be ‘hands on’ with analytics and some aspects of Project Management
Desirable Skills:
- Good knowledge of and interest in the digital market research industry
- Experience working with behavioural data
- Strong analytical approach and familiarity with digital methods and analysis techniques
- Proposal writing and pitching skills
- Excellent at building and managing relationships both with clients and colleagues
- Data visualisation and infographics
- Comfortable with working with new market research techniques
- Strong command of primary, secondary, and quantitative methodologies and procedures
- Strong command of the English language and demonstrated writing and editing skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Office programmes, such as MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, and statistical analysis tools such as SPSS
