The role

B2B sales, marketing, research, lead generation, negotiation and key account management
Connecting with leaders from the biggest employer brands in the world
Grow, connect and determine opportunities for our future product pipelines
Meeting the immediate needs of our clients

To be successful in this role you should be

Hard working, tenacious, ambitious and entrepreneurial
Strong investigative skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational, and written communication skills
Creative, concise and confident in negotiating with international leaders
Genuine interest in events and B2B networking
Ability to work autonomously and also prove to be a valuable team-player
A start-up culture means our business is fast paced and we tend to live outside our comfort zones
