Job Description

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Sales Management or Marketing.
  • Minimum 3+ years sales experience.
  • Sales experience by region (experience with network clients and distributors).
  • Knowledge of FMCG market (market of household chemistry, perfumery, cosmetics.
  • Fluent written and spoken English, French as a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills, experience in team management.
  • Readiness to travel extensively within region.

Duties:

  • To facilitate sales force growth, resulting in increased sales and profits.
  • To motivate, train, and recognize the Distributors and Sales Force.
  • To observe Distributor performance and provide coaching and counseling to ensure effective execution of goals.
  • To identify new Distributors by recognizing potential Unit Managers and Demonstrators for growth to Distributor role.
  • To plan and conduct regional meetings and conferences (within budget guidelines) with the purpose to develop and maintain a well-motivated and well-informed Distributor organization.
  • To coordinate and follow-up on all sales and recruiting activities in the region.
  • To evaluate regional results of promotions and campaigns and to evaluate the performance and capacity of the Distributors in the region.
  • To manage Distributor profitability and identify opportunities to enhance.
