Full-Time Sales Manager
A dynamically growing international software start-up, based in Budapest, is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. You will be responsible for crafting sales plans, visiting and nurturing potenial customers and working close with upper management.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets. Full responsibility of sales budget and cost control
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong market presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Provide coordination with other related business units in order to ensure the complete and timely fulfilment of the services required by the contracts
• Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• successful, minimum 2-3 years of work experience in field sales position, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• native Hungarian speaker, fluent in English – both oral and written
• demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• team player
• strong business sense and industry expertise
