Task(s):
- Receiving and handling customer phone calls /e-mails
- Provide support to our customers via phone, web, and email
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Giving support to customers in general related questions
- Use all manner of modern communication to offer the best possible service
- Solving customers’ elementary general problems
Expectations:
- Good PC handling is essential (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent in ENGLISH/HUNGARIAN
- Relevant experience is a must
- Excellent communication, problem solving and customer handling skills
- Excellent monotony tolerance
- Customer orientation
