Full-Time Sales Representative Budapest
Job Description
We are looking for somebody who would like to sell products in the construction field. If you worked in the building industry, but now are thinking about putting your negotiation skills to use, you might be the person we are searching for.
The company we are hiring for, strives to be the innovative leader in sustainable and affordable building solutions.
Here are some of the things you would be responsible for:
– Generate specification and management of specification to order, across all relevant construction sector in Hungary;
– Cultivate the relationship with Architecture and Engineering Community by offering an unique material;
– Follow up the projects with key influencers;
– Insure that sales are done according to specifications;
– Managing an established base of key development account customers;
– Prospecting new customers;
– Provide basic technical support for our materials to partners;
– Achieve set volume/price and identified sales target through specification selling.
And those are a few of the skills needed for the job:
– Have a higher business degree / or technical degree (bachelor or master). Specialization in construction field is a plus;
– Have at least 3 years of experience in construction field;
– Have good communication skills with small and large groups of people;
– Have knowledge in the construction industry and business
– Be open to learn;
– Be independent minded;
– Have strong negotiation skills;
– Have an analytic and methodical approach.

15 years i had a bussiness of wholesale and retale in hungary.
importing goods from asia and e.u of glasses gifts furniture.
now i.m closing it down.i.m 43 years old with a family here.
i born in israel and speak basic+ hungarian.
i worked in sales all my life.and i have a bachelor in economy and
management.i dont have expirience in constarcion.but i will learn.but all of my friends here dealing with real estate.also
