Full-Time Sales Support Assistant with German

Job Description

Our multinational client, providing insurance for commercial property investments in CEE region, is currently seeking candidates for the following position.

 

Tasks:

  • Assist in the delivery of sales and marketing activity/initiatives to support the sales strategy and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide support and assistance to the Managing Director/sales team;
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients;
  • Maintain and develop Salesforce, ensuring the information is accurate and up to date
  • Approach prospects and existing clients by phone and email, introducing the company and our products/services
  • Arrange meetings for the sales team, co-ordinate and manage diaries, and travel itinerates where appropriate
  • Act as a point of contact for the sales team, responding professionally and effectively with telephone, email and mail enquiries from clients, and where appropriate liaising with other departments, ensuring any resulting queries are managed in a timely and customer focused manner
  • Follow up on outstanding documentation and invoice payments to assist in closing deals;
  • Organise and attend client, marketing and networking events;
  • Liaise with Marketing to co-ordinate the company’s CEE marketing activity;
  • Support the preparation of Tender and Proposals documentation;
  • Compile and distribute statistical information and updated marketing materials;

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German;
  • BA or MA degree;
  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills;
  • Ability to organise own time and prioritise workload to tight deadlines whilst still maintaining a high attention to detail;
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office suite i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Positive, flexible, adaptable approach;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels;
  • Good analytical skills.

Other information:

  • The role may involve some travel throughout Europe.

Advantages:

  • Insurance intermediary exam;
  • 1-1,5 years of experience in Sales Support/Sales Assistant/Sales Coordinator or similar job role.
