Full-Time SAP Functional Consultant with Italian or Portuguese knowledge (PP/QM)
Job Description
Job Purpose
This position is to be a part of the operation support team for SAP. This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, SAP solution, customer Management and reporting expertise to effectively integrate SAP technology into the client’s business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
Scope of Work
- Resolution of incidents/problems reported by the end users
- Estimations for new Change Requests/Problem Request
- Requirements & high level design analysis in order to identify dependencies, scope creep and associated risks
- Customer Interactions
- Onsite – offshore Coordination
- Perform Root Cause Analysis for Issues
Must have experience in:
- PP-PI
- SAP PP-MD – Master Data
- SAP PP-SOP – Sales and Operations Planning
- SAP PP-CRP – Capacity Requirement Planning
- SAP PP-MPS – Master planning.
- SAP PP-PI – Production Planning for Process Industries
- Process order and PI sheets.
- SAP PP-MRP – Material Requirements Planning
- SAP PP-PDC – Plant Data Collection
- SAP DS – Detailed Scheduling
- Product costing
- Country specific localizations
QM
- SAP QM-MD – Master Data
- SAP QM-QP – Quality Planning
- SAP QM-IM – Quality Inspection processing
- SAP QM-QC-AQC – Quality control
- SAP QM-QN – Quality notifications
- SAP QM-CA – Quality certificates
- SAP QM-CR – General functions
Management Experience
- Customer management
- Onsite/ offshore coordination
- Working with senior leadership
Good to Have
- SAP Certification
Additional Skills
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Portuguese or Italian
- Experience in AMS engagement
- Experience in ticketing tools
- Experience in onsite/ offshore model
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude
- Working with technical team
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Basic knowledge of ABAP
Main task/responsibilities
- Responsible for daily maintenance and support of the system.
