Full-Time Seed Operation Shift Leader
Job Description
Our international Client is looking for a Seed Operation Shift Leader.
Main tasks:
- Leading and controlling seed process order (PO) execution;
- Organizing material transport between warehouses and DC;
- Following up of the inventory processed batches per quantities and quality and storage locations;
- Responsible for executing constant quality check during process;
- In charge of ESH procedures implementation and application;
- Collecting data from different sources to schedule the calendar of plant activities in compliance with the bagging respect agreements;
- Building strong partnership with supply chain team / quality control labs / logistics;
- Contributing and using expertise in seed quality;
- Taking active part in inventory management;
- Participating in ISO, OHSAS and MEBIR Audit preparation.
Requirements:
- BSC and/or MCS degree in agricultural or technical science;
- 2-3 years of work experience;
- Fluent English;
- Excellent communications skill and ability to build cross functional partnerships;
- Precise, hardworking, target-oriented approach;
- Six Sigma or Lean, ISO9001.
Advantages:
- Good working knowledge with SAP;
- Manufacturing/production experience knowledge.
