Full-Time Senior Business Development Manager (m/f) for Central Eastern Europe

We want to internationalize our successful German business to Central Eastern Europe and therefore we are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f) based in Budapest.


Your tasks:

  • You identify and resolutely acquire bus partners and build strong, long-lasting partnerships
  • You take ownership of the whole sales process
  • You manage the win-win relationship with our partners and help answering all their queries
  • You help them become a key part of a national route network based on quantitative analysis
  • You present collaboration opportunities and the advantages of a cooperation with FlixBus to all external stakeholders (travel agencies, local authorities)
  • You develop a smooth process for the authorization of bus stops along our nationwide and international route network
  • You launch our operations and our nationwide bus network
  • You take on all strategic and operational tasks required when starting up an office in a new country


Your profile:

  • Excellent Master’s degree in Business, Economics or related fields of study
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, business development, and/or management consulting
  • Highly motivated in achievement and the necessary entrepreneurial drive to develop our business with us
  • Track record of successful personal and occupational projects with high performance and sales responsibility
  • High social, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness
  • Native in language of the respective market, fluency in English; German language is a plus
