Full-Time Senior Collection Team Leader (Budapest)
Job Description
A Senior Collection Team Leader role is open at our multinational partner, who is operating in the IT sector and has a newly established Shared Service Center in Budapest downtown. The aim of the position is to successfully implement and manage the collection processes of the UK market.

As a Collection Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a Collection team of 10-12 people, and manage end-to-end collection processes. You will recruit and develop the team of collection representatives, motivate them and train the newcomers. Your tasks will include participating in process transition and in process improvement while liaising with external and internal stakeholders. You will also monitor KPIs and SLAs, and continuously search for quality improvement opportunities, while reporting directly to the Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate for this position has a university or college degree, relevant background and 4-5 years of experience in leading a collection team in an SSC environment. Fluent English language knowledge, strong analytical and negotiation skills are also required. Knowledge of German or French language is a great advantage.
