Senior IT Business Partner – CEE
We are looking for motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Partner with a regional scope, based in Budapest.
The IT Business Partner role ensures optimal alignment between specific business needs & priorities and IT solutions & services. The main objective of the role is to enable the business through effective IT.
The IT Business Partner is responsible for IT in a business entity e.g. Business/Function/Market. The IT BP drives the definition and execution of the business entity on specific IT Portfolio and manages all IT operations for this entity through close liaising with the IT Delivery and Operations Service units, as well E2E and Sector Platforms (demand to solution/portfolio).
From an enterprise perspective the IT BP drives the use of standard soluitions and ensures alignment with End to End programs, including business readiness and change management.
The IT BP provides the business entity with full transparency on total cost of ownership of applications and IT services (integral IT costs), to enable effective planning decision making.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
One face of IT to the assigned business entity and its stakeholders, incl. escalation management
Consult business on available IT services & solutions for benefit / impact / challenges involved
IT Demand intake, validation, funneling and manage to adequate and timely response
Accountable for IT project portfolio along business objectives and by setting priorities with stakeholders
Drive IT landscape/lifecycle for business efficiency with business and IT along business objectives making use catalogue items
Align IT activities with dependencies in IT & business for smooth operations and most benefit
Ensure that IT delivery in projects & operations fits business interests and drive continuous improvement
Provide full transparency on IT TCO based on input from shared IT organisation
Agree budgets with business and IT and manage cost drivers
Agree on Service Level Agreements with Operations and monitors fulfillment.
Accountable for Program management within a business/function/market and where no dedicated program manager is assigned.
Manages team of IT Business partners / specialists.
Profile:
Capability to operate independently and drives topics to conclusion.
Should be at ease in operating and getting things done in a virtual fashion with people without direct reporting lines.
Able to link business/market strategy towards IT Strategy
Experience in an international setting
Good command of English language
