International company, a leader on its field (healthcare) is seeking an experienced person to join its operations centre in Budapest.

Part of the international IT Support Team, the jobholder will lead and take part in the support activities of the company and should provide second line support for the company’s users and maintenance of existing IT infrastructure. The person will also participate in IT projects, managing and coordinating tasks.

KEY TASKS
Document, plan, design, implement, support, maintain, and monitor aspects of an enterprise Microsoft and Linux based environment.
Develop and maintain an expert working knowledge of existing and new systems and applications.
Investigate, implement and document new technologies, tools and methodologies to improve system stability and reliability, and advance systems administration procedures across all teams.

REQUIREMENTS
Min 5-year experience in support position in an international environment
Strong command of English, written and spoken
Very good interpersonal skills

Windows servers (possibly 2012), Active Directory management
Experience with thin client (RDP, Citrix) and virtual environment (VMWare)
Storage technologies – iSCSI, FC Storage
System communication: DHCP, DNS, Routing
Large data storages (NAS, SAN)
