Job Description
Senior IT recruiter job is open at our multinational client excelling in the IT sector. The role of the senior IT recruiter is to build-up the developer team from scratch in cooperation with the HQ.
The main responsibilities of Senior IT Recruiter:
Creating job descriptions based on business needs
Preparing and advertising job postings
Representation of the company in job fairs
Pre-filtering incoming applications
Phone-screening candidates
Inviting potential candidates for a face-to-face interview
Delivering interviews independently
Supporting line managers in finding their right future employees
Taking part in onboarding
Active participation in headcount planning
HR administration
We are searching for senior IT recruiter candidates with a university/college degree and at least 3 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment, preferably including prior experience gathered at a recruitment agency. We expect applications with a native level of Hungarian and excellent level of English language skills.
The ideal candidate will be given lots of professional opportunities to develop further, and will have the chance to build an IT organization from zero.
