Job Role: Senior Software Engineer – Application support

Job Location: Budapest Hungary

Job Description:

• Coordinating a group of 10 people within a larger account maintaining the Service Level Agreement for the group
• Handling escalations KPI reporting to the management
• Application support for internally developed and third party software
• User administration: Active Directory, Exchange Management console, SCCM Awareness of Windows server support and maintenance good to know Juniper / VPN support
• Language known: Written and Oral in Hungary, German
