Full-Time SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
Job Description
A Service Delivery Manager job is open at our multinational partner, who has a newly established Service Desk in Budapest downtown. They provide IT infrastructure and full scale of IT solutions to their B2B clients all around the world. The aim of the position is to successfully manage a key account and gain maximum customer satisfaction.

The main responsibilities of the Service Delivery Manager are:
– Coordinate, deliver and improve service desk processes
– Participate in service process transition and implementation
– Plan the schedule and the necessary resources of the project in order to continuously develop the services
– Establish a long term relationship with the customer in order to gather maximum client satisfaction as well as deliver the agreed level of service
– Act as a higher point of escalation- resolution of the upcoming issues
– Communicate with all the stakeholders internally and externally in the EMEA region
In order to successfully fulfill this position you need to have:
– College or University degree
– Previous experience in a similar role
– Background in managing and delivering full service desk projects
– Experience in Service Desk process implementation, preferably in outsourcing environment
– Fluent English and Hungarian language skills
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
