Service Desk Agent (SDA) with the following skills:
Minimum of one – two (1 – 2) years’ experience as an lT Service and support or similar position or have a logical thinking about IT related issues.
Knowledge of computer technology relating to hardware / software and remote control.
Customer service oriented and good at multi-tasking is a plus.
Comfortable to work in 24/7 environment including weekends.
If candidate is located in Hungary we would like himself/herself to visit us in a face-to-face interview
