A Budapest based multinational company is looking for Spanish and Italian speakers for a Service Desk position

 

Tasks:

• Provide basic level IT support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients

• Respond to customer’s IT requests

• Take part in trainings

 

Requirements:

• Fluent English

• Near native level of support language (Spanish or Italian)

• Basic IT knowledge –general understanding of Windows, Office and Mobile devices

• Experience in IT or customer service
