A Budapest based multinational company is looking for Russian and Polish speakers for a Service Desk position
Tasks:

Provide basic level IT support over the telephone and via e-mail to clients

Respond to customer’s IT requests

Take part in trainings
Requirements:

Near native level of support language (Russian or Polish)

Basic IT knowledge –general understanding of Windows, Office and Mobile devices
