Full-Time Service Desk Analyst

Job Description

Provide level 1 (basic) IT support to customers over the phone in their local languange.

Good communication and customer service skills are essential. Experience in customer service or ITIS positions is and advantage but not a requirement!

Requirement: Fluent English and one of the below languages in fluent to near native level:
• Dutch
• German
• Italian
• French
• Spanish
• Portuguese
• Polish
• Russian
• Turkish
• Mandarin
• Arabic
