Technical Skill Set:
Application Support: Prior experience in Application support/Software development, IT Helpdesk
Other Skills Required:
Mandatory Language: C1/Intermediate level German/Dutch language skills in combination with good English language
Call Handling: Exposure to call handling, excellent customer service skills
Email Communication: Good email writing skills
Excellent in verbal & written communication
Problem solving abilities, strong logical analytics
Can perform under stressful and stringent timelines with minimal help with ownership
Take ownership to manage deliverables across multiple internal and external projects on a global basis without any help from peers & seniors.
Take ownership to manage multiple assignments simultaneously without any / minimal guidance or help from seniors or peers team members.
Responsibility:
Record incident resolutions in the Help Desk tool based on user communication via phone, email, etc.
Ticket life cycle handling
Co-ordination between customers, resolver groups
Incident handling and escalation management
Ability to work independently and in a teamenvironment
Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts
Strong problem resolution skills required
Should be able to work in 24*7 shift.
We are also happy to hire Fresher, who has just completed their education with good Dutch/German speaking skills in combination with good English language
