Full-Time Shared Service Center Project Coordinator (Budapest / Debrecen)
Job Description
Your task
- Planning and managing projects and/or sub-projects of categories D-C according to project standards set by T-Systems and the customer
- Modifying and implementing project phases according to customer requirements
- Coordinating with the (internal and external) units involved in the project
- Consulting with and supporting the specialist units involved in executing the project
- Preparing project documentation
- Scheduling, resource management, coordination and documentation of project meetings/workshops
- Facilitating meetings within sub-projects

Your Profile
- University or College degree
- At least 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of the practical application of specialized (generally non-theoretical) methods, techniques and processes
- Documentation methods (logging, etc.)
- At least intermediate German and basic English knowledge
- Logical/Analytical
- Good co-operation and team player skills
