Slovenian speaking Customer Relations Representative
Fresh gradutates are also welcome!
Tasks:
- Managing the relationship with the customers and partners
- Answering calls, emails and solving problems
- Handling customer queries and questions on phone and in writing
- Giving support to customers in general related questions
Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovenian language
- Good command of English
- Good telephone skills , able to listen patiently and remain focused throughout the conversation
- Good customer care skills – able to empathise, with a natural ability to help and support, including commitment to follow through
