Full-Time Slovenian speaking Customer Relations Representative
Job Description
We are looking for our international client a friendly, results-focused and self-organized individual with experience (or entrant) in a customer/public facing role and in providing information or services. In detail, you should fulfill the following requirements:
You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and thereby contributing to the achievement of the company goals:
- Respond to customer calls/communications;
- Provide optimum services, information and advice to our customers;
- Perform traces and problem resolution.
Requirements:
- Native in written and spoken Slovenian and Hungarian and good command of English;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Good telephone skills, able to listen patiently and remain focused throughout the conversation;
- Good customer care skills – able to empathize, with a natural ability to help and support, including commitment to follow through;
- Good information processing skills – able to react promptly to a situation and listen, think, type or search simultaneously;
- Good team working skills with the ability to contribute to effective team performance;
- Good reasoning ability;
- Methodical and accurate with attention to detail;
- Good PC skills (MS Office package).
