Job Description

Our prestigious multinational client with worldwide presence is looking for an energetic social media specialist to their Budapest-based business service center.

Your responsibilities:

– Manage the company’s branded social media channels
– Define channel and content strategies and executes end-to-end with the team
– Defining and communicating a distinct voice, content development, calendar management, publishing, engagement, monitoring and analytics across popular social media platforms
– Innovations strategy and planning for new and emerging channels
– Write content and rework the current job descriptions to make them more attractive
– You will be part of a young ambitious recruitment team and report to the Recruitment Director

Our requirements:

– Marketing and Communication professional with a passion for social media (Bachelor’s Degree required)
– Work experience: minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, with the majority of that time in the area of digital/social media
– Strong expertise and experience in digitals/social communications and content management
– Superior writing skills in English language
– Experience with interactive communications, community building, smart targeting and influence building on social media preferred
– Excellent collaborator; builds effective relationships in large, complex organizations
– Superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills
– Strong business acumen
– Work independent
– Thinks out of the box
– Excellent computer skills

Nice to have:

– Ability to develop and apply creative solutions to complex issues
– Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet integrate appropriately with other areas of Marketing & Communications and other groups within company
– Thrives on working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment.
– Experience in services and/or business to business preferred
