Full-Time Spanish Accounting Manager *URGENT*

salary: HUF 510.000 NET (so, after taxes!)

For a leading multinational we are currently looking for a Financial Accounting Manager with ideally native Spanish language skills.
Responsibilities
- · Ensuring correct and timely processing of financial transactions through booking of in-bound invoices (both PO and non PO), travel expenses ,petty cash, sales invoices to general ledger posting
- · Coordinating and supervising the month end, quarter end and year end close activities
- · Making regular and ad hoc reports for example KPI, status report, and standard monthly financial reports
- · Supporting the work of assistants and specialists, solving the escalated problems, and escalating problems with solution proposals to the supervisor
- · Communicate regularly with the partners in European locations
- · Ensure resource allocation to work in an effective way
- · Checking the quality of the work of his/her colleagues, in case of any failure explore the root cause, define and implement better processes with built in control points
- · Checking the performance of your team continuously and organizing 1:1 meetings and running the Performance Management System, giving coaching and feedback to the team members
- · Helping to keep the processes up to date – tracking and documenting all the changes
- · Supporting process transfers from European locations into the Shared Service Centre and supporting the recruitment process

- · Speak Spanish fluently and English at least at intermediate level
- · Have at least 2 years of experience gained in financial field
- · At least one year’s experience of leading people
