TWC is looking for the Best (devs & designers) in Budapest!
Hi there!
We are TWC, a next generation agency specialized in Connected TV & Convergence. We deliver multiscreen applications for Smart TV’s, game consoles, settopboxes, tablets and other connected devices. We have a European focus and amongst our clients are operators, media companies and CE manufacturers. Our head office is in Amsterdam, but we are about to launch our Budapest office. We already have two dedicated Hungarian colleague-developers who work with us from Budapest, but our aspirations for Budapest are bigger: from Budapest, we want to serve local clients from the Central and Eastern European market. To realize this goal, we need to expand our Hungarian team with the best (to be) developers and designers and students in Budapest and its region. And that is why we are looking for YOU.
Meet the team
Gergely Kovacs
In 2010, in the second year of his master, Gergely moved from Budapest to Amsterdam to finish his studies that he started at ELTE University Budapest.
“During my time in Amsterdam I got a great opportunity from TWC and started to work as an intern. After half a year of internship I got a full time position as a developer focussing on Smart TV and mobile development. In 2012 I moved back to Budapest and started to form the Hungarian TWC team. So actually, TWC didn’t come to Budapest, but Budapest came to TWC☺. Since the beginning of 2013, we have been working from Budapest, closely cooperating with the Amsterdam team, on different challenging projects such as Samsung It’s Alive campaign, NOS Sport Smart TV application, Blackberry Tradeup Facebook application and several other exciting frontend and backend projects.
Adam Morocz
Adam was in his last tyear doing his master degree at ELTE University when he first met with TWC: introduced by Gergely as an innovative Dutch company that develops Smart TV applications.
“At that time I could not imagine how a Smart TV app should work and look like, because I had never used one. But I was really curious about it and so I grabbed the opportunity to join the TWC team. Now, almost 2 years later, I’ve learned a lot about the world of Smart TVs, agile methods, cutting edge technologies and got experience working in an open minded and international environment”.
Budapest launch
“So actually, TWC didn’t come to Budapest, Budapest came to TWC ☺”.
TWC Budapest will officially launch its new office in April ’14, situated at the Colabs startup center and tech hub in downtown Budapest. A vibrant and inspiring working place with freshly renewed rooms, big windows and great castle view. A great place where the team can also hang-out and have fun with like minded tech junkies from other startups (ping-pong, csocsó, console games… included 😉

I am a 4th year pharmacy student living in Debrecen.I am looking for job for 2 weeks till February i mean till my new semester gonna start and if it will be possible i can continue working in the summer period from July.
